Term and Conditions
Please read carefully. By placing an order with Wilson Watches this constitutes your agreement to the terms noted below.
Purchase Contract:
1. By purchasing a product from Wilson Watches, you agree to accept the terms and condition as stated within this purchasing contract, which is available to view on the website at any time.
2. All watches sold will remain the property of Wilson Watches until payment has been received in full.
3. Wilson Watches guarantees that all pre-owned watches are authentic items e.g. not copies or fakes.
4. Pre-owned watches sold from stock where a customer has not physically seen the watch will be provided with a 14 day return policy (UK only). Please inform Wilson Watches by phone or email should you wish to return a watch within 24 hours. Watches must not be worn, altered, protective stickers should be intact and overall the watch should be returned in the exact condition it was supplied in. Returned watches will be carefully inspected by Wilson Watches and a refund made less the cost of the original postage. Any watch returned should be well packaged and adequately insured for any loss, damage or theft. Upon receipt Wilson Watches will refund or exchange via the same payment method as received.
5.When a watch has been specially ordered for a customer this will be exempt from a return unless the goods are faulty or not as described.
6.If you are eligible for a refund, for whatever reason, and including your rights to cancel. You agree to an administration & restocking fee. This includes any third-party fees incurred from the transaction payment between yourself (the customer) and the seller (Wilson Watches) This is a set rate of 2.5%.
7. PayPal Refunds Policy:
If at anytime within 180 days of a PayPal transaction, you the customer, or us the retailer (Peter Wilson Watches), requests or issues a refund through PayPal, a 2.5% handling fee will be charged to you the customer, regardless of the reason that the refund is requested or issued. This is to cover the time taken by Peter Wilson Watches to perform due diligence checks on the original transaction & processing the refund, whilst adhering to best practice and PayPal financial handling rules.
If a partial refund is made or requested, the 2.5% handling fee as described above still applies.
By entering into a transaction with Peter Wilson Watches using PayPal, it is accepted that you have read and agree with the above refund terms.
